IRONMEN BANDS

Students who are members of the 2025-2026 NCHS Bands Wind Ensemble and Wind Symphony have been invited to travel to Nashville, Tennessee, from March 21st-25th, 2026.  While there, they will have the opportunity to take in the sights of the city, watch Back to the Future the Musical, and perform in Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the stage where the Nashville Symphony Orchestra performs, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!  ​

Check back regularly, this page will be updated as details are released regarding the trip.  Also, fundraising information will be posted here to keep you up to date on all the fundraising opportunities to help offset the cost of the trip!​

Fundraiser #1:

​

We are selling Gobena coffee, a local company with incredibly popular coffee!  Sales begin tomorrow, September 12th, and all money and orders are due by September 29th.  

 

Coffee pick up will likely take place the week of October 6th.  All these details are included in the attached info sheet.  Hard copies of the order sheet will be given out tomorrow as well.

Payment deadlines (note all payments will be made directly to Bob Rodgers Travel through their payment portal):​

Payment #2: October 1, 2025: $400.00 per traveler

Payment #3: November 7, 2025: $400.00 per traveler

Payment #4: December 15, 2025: $400.00 per traveler
 

Final Payment: February 6, 2026: Remaining Balance
